You are a good leader, but want to become an exceptional one

Leadership Coach → I help leaders grow their teams and scale their businesses
You’re a successful leader producing great results,
but you often feel like the input doesn’t match the outcome .
You’re working on the daily to do list and it feels like
you’re never going to reach your desired outcome.
You are learning new skills and I see you.
Your programming tells you that you just need to do more
and work harder and not give up
because you believe it will lead to success.
But if working harder was going to give you the outcome you wanted you’d have what you want by now.
Taking action and building new skills is important,
but they only account for 20% of your success.
Psychology makes up 80%.
To create lasting change, you need to continuously upgrade your identity.
You have to hold want you want in your mind and believe that you can have it before you see it
That means seeing yourself as the leader you want to be, right now in this moment.
It’s not about thinking that you have to do ?more or work harder.
You’ve always done that but now you need to become someone who doesn’t get results by doing more or working harder.
You need to become someone who upgrades their identity consistently to be in alignment with the leader they want to be.
You’ll go from feeling like you’re not enough to being that badass unstoppable leader you know you are when you install new beliefs and remove your old programming.
You can’t think “ I can’t motivate my team†and expect to lead an engaged and productive team.
This kind of deep work isn’t easy.
But you’re the type of person who gets things done anyways.
I know you’re going to get outsanding results when we work together
because you’re ?committed to taking action and you move fast.
You don’t waste time and you’re always ready to invest in your next level ?to get what you want.
Neuroscience tells us that our ?brain can change and adapt at any point in life.
When you’re ready to shift your identity, trust yourself and your team,
and embrace your authentic self with confidence,
you’ll know I’m the coach to guide you.

2 周"Upgrading your identity" is a fascinating way of describing personal/professional development. It underlines the idea that who we are and what we stand for is up to us to decide. If we want to be better, we can choose to be better. It is easy to upgrade your identity when you get a promotion as there is a structural change that is recognized by everyone around you. The real trick is upgrading your identity just because you want to be better, be bolder, be more confident. What do you do when people push back against this upgraded identity?
