"Are you a good interviewer?"

"Are you a good interviewer?"

So many articles of how an interviewee is supposed act, how to dress, when to arrive, remember to smile, what questions to ask, do we talk about money yet? No? When to follow up. Did you research the company?

What about YOU the interviewer? Do you have a responsibility to those who have reached out? Do you have a duty to reply after getting a resume? After a phone interview? How about after the face to face? As a professional should you let them know you are no longer interested in them? Is it OK to 'ghost' the interviewee and hope they go away or do they deserve at least a boiler-plate 'We regret to inform you that we are moving forward with another candidate' email?

I found this in Inc. online magazine. -Do you agree? I do.-
