What Will You Achieve this Year?? On Track?

It's just about three quarter through 2024.? Time to review what's going well and what's not. ?How have you been doing?? What do you need to do to meet or exceed your 2024 goals?

Firstly, set some quality time aside for the review.? Get away from the day-to-day distractions.? Maybe go offsite and/or work with a facilitator.? Reflect and visualise the rest of the year.? Just bring the materials with you to conduct your review.? Can you hear that clock ticking until Big Ben chimes in 2025?

Start by reviewing the first nine months.? An investment “working on your business not just in your business” will reap dividends.? Time for your business review.?

Here are seven key areas to look at:

1.???? PESTLE: Consider at Political Economic, Social Legal and Environmental trends. For instance: How’s the new Government, political situations, at home and overseas, unrest etc affecting me??

2.???? Are you happy with what you have achieved so far?

3.???? What's going well and can I do more of it?

4.???? What's not right and needs fixing?

5.???? Where's the room for achievement?

6.???? Can I quantify what I want to achieve?

7.???? What needs to be put in place?

The clock is ticking - look forward to New Year's Eve.? Now list what you need to do so when that clock strikes midnight, to welcome in 2025, you will arrive with a happy smile.

* That your sales going in the right direction?

* That your profit is in line

* The bank balance is healthy

* We have the right customers and know how to attract more

* The marketing is targeted and working effectively

* You have your plan

Check your list and write down what you need to do.? Then produce your plan. ?Schedule specific and measurable activities that will get you on the fast-track to accomplishing your goals.? Then diarise for six months time to see if you have achieved those goals.? Once completed it's time for a treat!
