At the heart of what we do at The Feed is creating a path into work for people who face barriers to employment. We do this in a variety of ways including focused 1:1 support, group sessions and work experience in our cafe and catering business. These all teach people new skills, build their confidence and motivation and develop positive new routines. This helps them move forwards into employment and means they are empowered to make a positive and lasting change. 

The mini-profiles below are people who we have been working with and are now actively seeking employment.
