Easy early dopamine (rewards/achievement) is a big trap.

Life situations and people around you make you to feel good temporarily and be happy with easy early rewards - so you lose focus on your long term big goal.

Easy early rewards can be a huge trap because they can create a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that can prevent you from continuing to work towards your bigger goals.?

This is known as the "sunk cost fallacy" where the effort already invested into a task makes it difficult to quit or change direction.?

It's important to keep the bigger picture and long-term goals in mind and not get too caught up in the immediate rewards.

It is important to remember that while small accomplishments can provide a sense of accomplishment and motivation, they should not distract you from your big dream or big goal. It's important to stay focused on your long-term aspirations and not let short-term rewards or distractions pull you away from them.
