Sunday Style Scoop

I had so much fun this week fitting models for our upcoming Preloved Fashion Catwalk Show and Charity pop up event. I pulled together 3-4 looks for each model from my curated edit of pieces I’d chosen from Rennie Grove Peace Hospice charity shops.?

It was fantastic to get feedback from the models that they loved their outfits and were already adding pieces to their wish list to buy on the evening at our charity pop up shop.?

Many of them were really pushed out of their comfort zones with the colours, prints and shapes but surprised themselves with how much they loved my styling and combinations. They were also so pleasantly surprised with the incredible pieces you can find in your local charity shops.?

Things I've Enjoyed This Week

I loved this podcast with Dr Carolyn Mair and Tiffanie Darke about why fashion is so important to us, and the choices that we can make to have both joy and sustainability. They discuss topics such as the Rule of 5 and why we behave in the way we do when buying fashion.?

We have an amazing panel of experts lined up for you, and we’ll be discussing the topic of sustainability in the fashion industry. How do we make a difference as one person and what can we do to improve our consumption habits for a better future for people and planet?
