Are you getting the reps?
I recently started getting back into Pilates after a long break from having a baby. As I fumbled through the sequences, I couldn’t help but notice the girl on the reformer next to me. She was a pro—navigating every movement with ease, and you could tell how toned she was from all the exercise (yes, it was a bit of a girl-crush moment ??). I figured she must be on the higher springs and doing tougher variations to look that fit.
But, to my surprise, she was using the same intro-level settings as me. It was a reminder that success often comes down to consistency, not a secret sauce. Sometimes, people aren’t doing anything “different”—they’re just showing up and putting in the reps regularly, which creates stronger momentum and results.
So, ask yourself: are you putting in the reps with your brand building and lead gen? Often, it’s less about learning something new and more about staying accountable and consistent. If you’re ready for a little guidance, I’m offering a free 1:1 strategy session (valued at $850) for anyone who joins my Booked Out Brand program this month. Just DM with “LEADS” and I’ll send over a quick video explaining how it works.

To Black Friday or Not to Black Friday
Ah, Black Friday… that time of year when every business seems to blast promotions left and right. I don’t know about you, but I spend more time unsubscribing from random emails this month than the rest of the year combined. Why? Because most of these businesses haven’t engaged with me since—well, last Black Friday!
If you haven’t been nurturing your audience, don’t expect a big payday just because it’s Black Friday. If your audience isn’t warmed up and you’re tossing around the idea, it might be best to skip the sale this time. Ongoing value and engagement are what make people ready to buy when you launch—not just the promise of a discount.
Improve Your Brand in 30 Seconds: Just Post It
This week, many in my community have faced more mindset blocks than tactical ones around building their brand and creating content. After yesterday’s coaching call, one of my amazing students, Kate, shared this post from Justin Welsh that I absolutely love:
"My advice is very simple: realize that it’s not all going to happen tomorrow. You’re not going to get it perfect. Business is a game. Business is a formula. It’s expertise multiplied by time. The better you get at something and the longer you do it, generally the more successful you are. That’s a pretty simplified formula. But you can’t start that formula if you don’t start.”
Just remember: perfection isn’t the goal. Progress is.
