A recent client of ours faced the intricate task of merging three businesses under a single brand. A range of programmes and projects were established across all three entities to achieve this.

Amidst extensive business changes, our client lacked a comprehensive way to oversee and analyse all of the changes across various projects and programs. Using Jira's custom issue types, automation capabilities, as well as dashboards and reporting tools, we crafted a 'helicopter view' of these changes.

This enabled our client to swiftly determine if an excessive number of changes were occurring simultaneously for the same groups of individuals or departments. Consequently, they were able to adjust their plans accordingly.

This approach also empowered program and project managers to spot additional risks and issues, allowing them to implement suitable mitigations.
