After eight months of patiently waiting out Covid and working on so many new recipes on my own, it is finally time to relaunch the Upper Room cooking school. In Lilydale, Victoria on the door step to the Yarra Valley, the Upper Room is a food destination in its own right or part a larger food and wine weekend escape.
Classes start in January at a range of level for everyone from the beginner to the advanced chef. Class times and booking can be found here Upper Room Classes places are limited and classes are at different time and days each month.
Classic sous vide cooking has mistakenly focused on the perfect steak, but have you ever tried custard, lentil's, grains, fish, vegetables or cocktail infusions. Sous Vide cooking has so much to offer. We even cook our Christmas puddings in the sous vide water baths. Classes are limited to five in January through to March, with highly personalised hands on tuition in in our custom designed modern cold kitchen. Lead by the seasons our instructors will teach you the best approach to perfect results every time.
