Scrawling on LinkedIn and reading all the coaches posts, too scared to apply for jobs you really want, and “one click apply” using a half tailored CV complaining to your partner “saying I don’t know why they’re not choosing me. I know I could do that job” are not career & money making moves.

Don’t just save this email, actually take these things I'm sharing, implement them and do the things that will blow up your career!!!

I get asked all the time “But how do you actually get the recruiters to notice you. I apply and it feels like I’m totally being ignored.”

You see I would only ever spend time doing the specific actions that get my ideal Recruiters eyes on me for all the right reasons. (That’s not trying to create a fancy personal brand or post on LinkedIn by the way…or sitting on the sofa watching Netflix saying I’ll job search tomorrow.)

I have 3 non-negotiables that got me the Recruiter hotline and £6figure big jobs without a degree. I was just like you the hardworking “go-to” person who knows her “shizzle” at work.


I’m going to share a 4th one that can explode your results so you’re confident to maximise your career and money potential and land the jobs that challenge and excite you.

I call this WILD PAY RISE POSITIONING….to land £6figure jobs you cannot sound generic or fake ChatGPT or CV Writer style it doesn’t work in todays market because for Leader and Director jobs the market is sophisticated. They don’t just hire for results they hire for specific leadership and strategic capability. This means you need to address the micro priorities, results and capabilities your ideal Hiring Manager will pay big money for in a wild way in your CV, LinkedIn Profile, Recruiter Conversation and at Interview…this will take you from average implementor to SHOW-STOPPING DIRECTOR.

Have a Linkedin profile that is a high-converting high paying Director job LANDING PAGE. If you want Recruiters to stop the scroll, get excited and call you with high-paying Director jobs you’ve got to look the part. If you’re LinkedIn profile headline is “HR Leader providing strategies to deliver change programs and people activities” you’re playing guessing games with your ideal Recruiters and Hiring Managers. Everything they read on your profile needs to activate them to call you for the Director job you want.

When you’ve done the above ?? and only then!!! kick off your job search. Because if you kick off your job search looking and sounding “less than” you will get undervalued, it will be a ghost-town ?? and you’ll constantly get pipped at the post even at interview. Focus on building a mega-network of Recruiters and HM’s that have your vacancies. Don’t waste anytime posting on LinkedIn because Recruiters are not looking for wannabe influencers and your reach will be minuscule. Most job seeking posters I see have an “ick inducing turn-Recruiters-off strategy” that works against them.

#4 TO ALWAYS BE THE MONEY MAKING HIGH-ACHIEVER

This isn’t for everyone but it’s one I use with clients on my paid program. This is to shift your identity because “you cannot outrun your current identity”. Remember I said this. It’s important. The reason I got to £6figures so fast and got my dream jobs over and over again in 3 different careers including my coaching biz is matching my identity to my goals. When I shift my clients identities to match the £130k Director Job they have zero fear asking for a £40k pay increase because they know on a soul level they are worthy and operating at a radically different level. 60 mins with me then they don’t have to waste time on expensive 3 month leadership program or stay in their current job for another 18 months learning even more skills (they don’t know how to position).
