Yes, I think it is and to ensure that I positively influence my future, I ask myself one question, in variations, almost daily.
"What am I doing differently today to shape a positive and rewarding future?"
I sometimes find that I have, for no apparent reason, stopped doing things that create positive change and work. It is also a good reminder, as we get caught up in our daily lives and sometimes getting back to the basics, is just what's needed.
