Are you fulfilling your purpose?

Most people don't spend the time to figure out their true purpose. They try to live productive lives, however, without knowing your purpose you are likely living far from your true potential.

An analogy helped me comprehend. Suppose we sent an electric coffee pot deep into the jungle of Africa where they have no electricity.

Certainly they would find many uses for it. probably taking out the percolating guts which serve no purpose for them. They may use the cord to hang it or just throw that away. Likely many of the uses would be for pouring water.

But when used only as a vessel or something to store things in, is the pot fulfilling it's true purpose of quickly heating water and making coffee out of coffee grounds? No.

when we discover how to serve others utilizing our special talents, we can be far more productive than when we just haphazardly utilize some of our potential. I hope that you know your purpose and are enriching the world.
