We are taught to obey and conform.

We are taught to accept even when it was not the best for us.

We are taught to trust and give people the benefit of the doubt even when they did not deserve it.

We are taught to live the status quo as is even when we felt it was not serving us well.

Stop this negative programming!

You are free to choose everything and everyone in your life.

You have the freedom to make choices on everything.

This is a gift human beings have based on our freewill.

Choice is present everywhere.

You have heard the adage, "You can't choose your family." That is false.

You can.

• If you are consistently experiencing toxic or dysfunctional encounters with certain family members, then you can forgive them and move on. You do not have to love people's actions to continue to love them.
• If you are experiencing tensions with friends or acquaintances, do not let guilt of having known them for years keep a friendship alive.
• If you feel trapped from a stagnating career and you know your heart is not in it, do not let guilt prevent you from changing direction.

Choose change.

Everything is a choice.

Remember to make positive choices that make you happier tomorrow than you are today. It is never selfish to be happy.
