Are You Finding Your Business Difficult To Scale?
A common theme I hear with founders is that they have difficulty scaling. To grow, they need help, and finding good help can be challenging. They have all these ideas and plans, but only if they had another self.
My advice to them is to keep on grinding. Push through the challenges, embrace the climb and lead the way.
It isn't easy sometimes for others to see your vision, and to be 100% frank, there will be many people who probably don't like your idea or understand the concept. You may have people who even tell you that your plan will fail. They may try to find everything wrong with it, and that's okay. Receive the feedback. Be open-minded but don't be discouraged. Just because people don't understand it doesn't mean it's a bad idea. It may be harder to articulate the vision while you're building the foundation.
I also hear ideas from founders that personally don't make sense to me. That's okay. It's not my vision. Just because others don't see it doesn't mean it's not a good idea or doesn't make sense. It simply means the picture is not clear to them. If you are still working through the details, keep on grinding. Keep working on each task and goal ahead, and as the plan develops, it will become more evident to others, and this is where it gets fun.

I believe that it is crucial for the growth of any business to share your vision with others. When you start something exceptional, people want to help and be a part of it. Share your vision with them so that together you can build a team and a team is stronger than any individual and as the picture becomes more visible to others and the growth and benefits from the hard work are paying off, make sure you share the rewards with your team.
Building a team that believes in the vision will eventually make what started as your vision the team's vision. Building a team is not the only challenge that some face when scaling a business, but without a team, your idea is just that.
Keep pushing, lead the way, and share it with others. As the vision becomes clearer, a team will follow.
