If you fill in the blank, you're in trouble...

Want to lose weight?

Just about everyone does, especially in January. It's one of the most motivating -- and frustrating -- times of the year.

January is the #1 time when everyone wants my advice about losing weight. It's the time when I get questions like:

"What do you think about ___________?"

(Insert the name of any diet, supplement, book, video, or program in the blank.) 

And my answer will be the same -- "Do not fill in the blank!"

Why not?

Whatever the blank is -- regardless of whether it's a sensible diet plan, or a ridiculous seaweed-wrap-belly-fat-melter-gizmo -- IT'S NOT A PERMANENT SOLUTION.

Whatever "thing" you want to try may or may not get you results, but after a bit you'll "go off it" and go back to what you normally do.

What you normally do is what made you overweight in the first place!

If you want to stop yo-yo dieting and stop losing the same 20 pounds over and over again, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE WHAT IS NORMAL FOR YOU.

No temporary plan, no matter how good, will do that.

YOU have to do that. And I'll help you if you want.

Make 2018 different!
