4 个月Thank you so much Vijay Singh! Wow, so many valuable tips! Like most perfectionists, the risk of having one is quite high, and that's why I did have a burnout in the past. You make it easier to avoid/ overcome such a terrible pain. What my own experience taught me is that once you suffer from burnout, you are more likely to avoid it in the future!
