1 年Such a great and important question. I'm a fully remote worker, and so often I do feel lonely. I only see my work mates once per quarter, and only for 3-4 days each visit. Otherwise, my connection to them is virtual and it's just not the same. I miss out on chats in the office, coffee breaks, team lunches and after-work drinks. I manage a program and a coordinator from a distance and it's hard. Would love to hear from others how they manage their feelings of isolation and lonliness, and what they do daily to feel more connected and valued ??
