Our Q&A Call and Live Demo usually take 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your organization's requirements. This allows us to address your specific questions or concerns.

Once everything is clarified and finalized, we'll send you a proposal, including pricing, for your prospect to review and sign. As the client's ADP Sales Rep, you will be the main point of contact throughout the sales process. If you or your prospect have any questions, feel free to forward them to us as needed.

InfiniTime can be connected to a number of Payroll solutions including Run Powered by ADP, ADP Workforce Now, ADP TotalSource, Heartland Payroll, and soon - we will offer support for Gusto and ADP Workforce Now Next Gen.

Once the initial payroll account setup is completed, we will schedule the InfiniTime Welcome Call to connect the customer's Payroll Account to InfiniTime. All of the customer's employee profiles, hours codes, and job costing information will sync from Payroll to InfiniTime.

At this stage, InfiniTime's Implementation team will handle the account. The customer's InfiniTime Implementation Rep will complete a series of Web Meetings - typically about 6 hours of live training time - and help the client configure InfiniTime to meet their needs. Once the implementation process is complete the customer may choose to contact their original implementation representative for Customer Support related requests or they can call our general technical support line for immediate service. Our technical support team is available from 6:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST Monday through Friday, and our Support Email Inbox is monitored over the weekends.
