Are You Falling for These Food Myths?

When it comes to healthy eating, there’s a lot of confusing advice out there and one of the biggest misconceptions I hear is: 'Does eating healthy mean giving up all my favorite foods?'
The answer is a big NO!
Let’s clear things up and bust 3 common myths:
?? Myth 1: Healthy food is bland.
? Truth: Healthy meals can be packed with flavour! Fresh veggies, herbs, and spices (think garlic, basil, or lemon) can elevate any meal- try a vibrant veggie stir-fry or zesty grilled chicken!
?? Myth 2: Carbs are bad.
? Truth: Not all carbs are created equal. Complex carbs like sweet potatoes, quinoa, and oats fuel your body with lasting energy and keep you full for longer.
?? Myth 3: Healthy eating is too expensive
? Truth: Eating healthy doesn’t have to break the bank! Budget-friendly options like beans, lentils, eggs, and frozen fruits/veggies are nutritious and affordable. Plus, you can meal prep in bulk to save both time and money.
Balance is key! Try to incorporate a wide range of foods into your diet for better variety and nutrition.
Eating mindfully while enjoying what you love can help you feel energized without missing out on anything.

1 周Sorry bro, but ALL carbs become sugar in your body. If you need to restrict sugar it makes no sense to think carbs in any form can be good. Your body actually makes carbs and just the right amount your body needs
