1.Unqualified raw materials: Stickers are made of self-adhesive materials, and despite their simple appearance, there are many small details involved. If the adhesive layer of the raw material is too thick and overly sticky, it can easily cause excess glue to overflow during sticker die-cutting. The overflowed glue stays at the edges of the sticker. To accommodate machine application, we need the stickers to be in roll form. Sticker rolls with excess glue will lead to the issue of stickers sticking to the release paper on the back when used with a labeling machine, causing it to stop working.

2.Unqualified sticker die-cutting: Sticker production involves an important step: die-cutting, which is the process of cutting the printed flat stickers into the shapes required by the customer. This process requires a die-cutting machine. Proper adjustment of the die-cutting machine's pressure is crucial. If the pressure is too heavy, the adhesive inside the sticker will be squeezed out, leaving glue residue at the edges of each sticker. Consequently, when rolled together, the stickers will exhibit the issue shown in the image.

These are the main reasons for the occurrence of internal sticker sticking. Of course, if attention to detail is lacking during the production process, this issue may also arise.
