You are an expression of life!

Let's share our true selves with this wonderful world!

There is no need to imitate, copy or to try hard to be someone else.

We are perfect the way we are. A rose is perfect in every stage, and so are we.

Let your words be heard and your inner and outer beauty be seen. Do not hide, run or fight, for life does not do it, and we are this extraordinary expression of life.

Let's be honest with our emotions. Express them, they are meant to mean something. Something to you, something to others.

Emotions carry energy, and that energy carries a vibration, if the vibration is low, the emotion is not real, it won't get you anywhere, it's the false self, that false copy of who we truly are that is playing with us, but why? because the ego deals in the past to ensure a destructive future.

Let's not let that happen.

Let's not negative emotions, thoughts, or old beliefs and behaviours get us 'duelling in the past', or 'living afraid of the future', for the future is life evolving and creating, and in that the ego has no part.

Express what you feel, and fear not, for what you feel is how you feel in this moment. No one has to agree or disagree with your feelings and emotions. They are what they are in every moment for you. Expressing our emotions is very important as we are not meant to repress or suppress them.

Love is not in need of restriction, and we are pure love.

The restriction of actions, behaviours, the restriction of feelings, the restriction of truth leads to unhappiness, to denial, to creating boundaries that can keep us imprisoned in our own jail. That would be a waste of this incredible life.

Let's be ourselves, with our perfect imperfections, with our magnificent talents and qualities, because you and I, we are all unique, and there is no one else out there like you! That is a miracle and a gift from life!

Let's be courageous to use what we have, who we are, and more importantly, all the challenges and difficulties we had to overcome to be here, to keep moving forward, regardless.

Look within, not looking for imperfections, or criticism.

Look within, and find your inner light. Once you see it, look at it, listen to it and you shall feel that what we all are is the power of love, it's the power of life!
