You are enough!

A quote by Gigi Graham greatly inspires me .
“Not everyone possesses boundless energy or a conspicuous talent.
We are not equally blessed with great intellect or physical beauty or emotional strength.
But we have all been given the same ability to be faithful.”
We all at one point or the other get overwhelmed by circumstances that surround us , some are beyond our control. Sometimes the fear of the future cripples our minds and hold us incapacitated. The question of “am I enough? “ haunts us at one time or the other. The feeling of inadequacy often comes especially when confronted by change, when goal posts have changed, and we are pushed out of our comfort zones or when more is expected from us. In changing circumstances , we are likely to compare ourselves to others and a panic besets that makes us frightened, freeze, or Flee like deer trapped at the headlights.
But am encouraged that no matter what the day brings, the pressures, the highs and the lows, we are created to be enough. We all have what it takes to overcome , to survive and indeed to excel. We have been created equipped with enough ; enough strength for the day , for the coming week , for all the days we have ahead of us in this lifetime for our assignment here on earth.
We have what it takes to be a good daughter or son, enough to be the best mother, or father, the best employer or employee. We are enough, we have enough . All that is asked of us is to use what we have , to be faithful with what God has equipped us with . To be the best version of ourselves. Indeed we may not be as beautiful or as bright and intellectual like the next person or have the same levels of resilience and energy . It is not about what others have ; it is about looking inside at what God has equipped you with . God only expects us to be faithful with what we have been entrusted with . We are in a race, a race against ourselves to leave this world having achieved our PB( personal best ) .
We are living in a time when each of us has to look deeper into ourselves. Look inside yourself and identify what you have been given. Determine to bring your best game on the table … be faithful with what you have! You are enough, you have enough for what the Lord has assigned you to do and to be .
