What are you doing daily to minimize stress?

We have so many things attacking our thought processes every day that our system never gets a chance to rest.

If we don’t intentionally create the daily disciplines in our lives we easily can spin out of control, crash, or just quit and walk away one day.

Here are some things that have worked for me over the last few months:

Body - Fitness - Walking has been a huge breakthrough for me.

Either late nights when I get home from the office and can’t sleep or Early in the morning when I wake up I’ll grab some coffee and just start walking.

Or throughout the day on long conference calls, I’ll plug in the earpiece and just start walking while on the call.

I walk so much, I literally have blisters all over my feet sometimes.

It’s pretty amazing how many marathons a week in mileage you will track if you just start walking.

I started with only a 2 mile a day commitment and ended up walking 4-8 miles a day.

Body - Fuel - Are you consuming the right nutrients for you?

Eating clean has been a huge help for me and taking the right supplements like BalanceGenics.

Quitting drinking soda, eating anything that is remotely junk food/sweet has given me so much more energy along with avoiding all food allergies.

DON’T FORGET THE DAILY VEGGIE DRINK TOO!!!
