Are You Dying or Living?
This is quite possibly THE MOST IMPORTANT question and theoretical battle ever waged in the quest for better health. The question isn't when you will die, the real question is why aren't you living every day!? Death is a reality for everyone, but that doesn't mean you should invite it into your life and give it a place at the table or in your mind. Living is impossible to do when you eat, breath, think, and try to experience death on a daily basis. Take care in your thoughts, actions, and intentions as they will be the death of you before your life was ever supposed to end. Life is a very short term experience that should not be wasted on destruction when there are so many better things to experience and live for. Don't let illness and disease trick you into battling yourself when you should be battling them with everything you've got.
