Hello, welcome and thank you for taking time out of your busy day to read the first edition of the ‘Freedom Of Mind’ newsletter.

First up, let me introduce myself.

I’m Laura Wheatley, Managing Partner of a small but mighty Business Growth Consultancy called Infusion Group based in St Albans. We’re the ‘go-to’ strategic partner for ambitious business owners who want to successfully grow, scale, and eventually exit on the best possible terms.

So far, we’ve shown over 100 business owners how to transform their businesses and their lives for the better.

We are on a crusade to show our clients how to achieve ultimate Freedom. Freedom can mean many things to many different people, but essentially we see Freedom in 4 simple ways:

1. Freedom of Time: spending your time with the people you love and doing the things that light you up
2. Freedom of Choice: directing the course of your life rather than your life dictating what you need to do and by when
3. Financial Freedom: reaping the rewards you deserve and doing what you want without worrying about money?
4. Freedom of Mind: being at peace with who you are and what you have?

And it's Freedom of Mind that I’m especially passionate about supporting our clients with. On the surface, they could be living the life of ‘success’; financially comfortable, working the hours they want and having a team of people around them helping to drive the business forward, but what if this isn’t enough??

A common question I get asked by clients is: ‘Is this it?’

Because what goes on in our head impacts our words, emotions, actions and behaviours and none of us should have to settle for ‘good enough’, no matter how commercially successful we may be.

After years of working with ambitious 7 and 8 figure business owners at Infusion Group, I was being asked more and more often to help our clients work on developing THEMSELVES, and not just their business.

So that’s what this newsletter is all about - sharing insights and expertise on how to achieve Freedom of Mind and cultivate a mindset of joy and sustained success in both life and business.

• Elevate: Evaluate your progress, celebrate success and embed your new ways of thinking?

Through following the 5 stages of DRIVE - Discover, Reveal, Initiate, Venture and Elevate - it’s totally possible to transform how you lead your life. And, guess what? Your business will be transformed too.
