Over the years, I've seen countless companies pour their heart and soul into planning for growth, only to see their momentum fade over time.

Everyone's geared up and ready to go, but somehow, progress just stalls. Often, it’s because the leaders unintentionally back off the throttle, losing focus on what drove their success in the first place.

In my many strategy meetings, I've noticed this common trend: as companies grow, they tend to forget the basics and shift into "improvement mode" instead of keeping their growth engine running.
