If you don't sleep well at night (read this)
Tamara Beckford MD, MS
I help women break free from burnout and restore joy.
One common thing all my coaching clients share before coming to me??
They don’t sleep well.
I work with high-achieving women who come to me exhausted—often working long hours, trying to balance demanding careers with family obligations, and feeling like they can never "turn off."?
They tell me they don’t have time for sleep or “just can’t” sleep well.?
You might think, “I don’t have time to sleep more,” or “I’ve tried everything, but nothing works.”?
They go to bed, often exhausted, but still wake up feeling tired.
Sound familiar?
If you're tossing and turning at night, unable to recharge, it’s more than just a bad habit or a stressful season.?
When you’re burnt out, your mind is in overdrive—constantly thinking, stressing, analyzing. And your body is stuck in a heightened state of stress, with your cortisol levels through the roof.?
The more stressed you feel, the harder it is to sleep; the less sleep you get, the more stressed you become.?
It’s like running a race with no finish line, draining you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You can’t fix burnout without addressing sleep.
Melatonin and sleep aids might help you fall asleep temporarily, but they won’t solve the more significant issue driving your exhaustion—burnout.
You’ve probably been trained to push through it.
Your work demands it.
Your family demands it. You tell yourself you’ll just “tough it out” until you can get a good night’s sleep… but then, when your head hits the pillow, the thoughts, the stress, and the fatigue take over.
That’s where coaching comes in.?
The solution isn’t just more sleep—it’s addressing the root cause of your burnout.
With the right coaching and support, you can break free from this cycle of exhaustion, reclaim your energy, and finally start getting the rest you deserve.
You deserve to sleep soundly, wake up refreshed, and face each day with energy and clarity.?
Instead of relying on melatonin or sleeping pills to force your body into rest, it’s time to focus on restorative sleep.?
That means addressing your burnout head-on, managing your stress, and building habits that naturally allow your body to fall into a peaceful, restful state.
Let's chat if you’re ready to stop the sleepless nights and burnout cycle.?
You don’t have to do this alone.?
Dr. G is "getting the best sleep of her life" after working with me.?
You can, too.
