You Don't Need More Training or Motivation

You Don't Need More Training or Motivation

You don’t need more training, and you don’t need motivation or inspiration.? You need measurable results.?

And measurable results come from having a system that works and a 100% commitment to work it every day.?

The success formula that, according to Napoleon Hill, led to the emergence of the greatest industrialists of the early 20th Century, remains the same today:

1.??????? Set a goal.

2.??????? Develop a plan to reach that goal.

3.??????? Take immediate and massive action on that plan.

4.??????? Persist until the goal becomes a reality

In the great hunt for shiny new ways to build and improve our financial services or insurance businesses, advisors often lose track of these basics.

It starts with a goal. Do you have a financial goal for the year?? Some advisors tell me that they don’t care about how much they earn. While this is occasionally true, it’s more often a sign that they are afraid to set a goal (or a high goal)—because they might not reach it.? ?

Once you have a goal, you need a plan that includes systems and strategies to reach that goal.? For this you need to know things like who the clients you want to target are, how you will reach them, how you will keep them engaged, what you must do every day, and what kind of help and support you need to focus your attention on those necessary required actions.

Then, you need to be taking the daily action that will get you to the goal and you need to persist until you reach it.?

The biggest obstacle we all face is not the market, the economy, or the community we’re in. It’s our own Stinkin’ Thinkin’, as Zig Ziglar used to say:? Our limiting beliefs, rigid boxed-in thinking, and fears.

Breakthroughs come from a change in that thinking, and coaching usually brings that change.

With or without coaching, though, following the success formula will get you measurable results.

If you think you might want help developing the details of your personal success formula and a breakthrough from your own Stinkin’ Thinkin’ let’s talk.? Message me and we’ll arrange a time to meet online.

In the meantime, keep REACHING...
