You don’t have to do it for anyone else.

You don’t have to do it for anyone else.

What’s your why?

We get asked that question a lot. I used to ask it a lot to the guys on my programs.

Why do you wanna lose the weight?

Why’s it important to get off the meds?

Why is it crucial for you to have more energy?

Why do you need to get into smaller clothes?

A lot of the guys used to say they wanted to achieve their goals for other people.

For their son, daughter, partner or wife….

It’s cool to want to do it for others. But it’s not necessary.

If you want to do it for you, and only you…Say it.

If you wanna feel better about yourself, say it.

If you want to feel fuck1n great walking down the beach in your shorts, say it.

If it’s important that you build your confidence and self-esteem so that you can do more, be more and have more in life, admit it to yourself and say it.

If you want to be able to look in the mirror and be damn proud of what you see, say it.

There seems to be a big issue with people who want to improve any aspect of themselves these days.

Your health and fitness goals are yours, and yours only.

You don’t have to say you’re doing it for someone else because it sounds like a noble thing to do.

There’s F all wrong with wanting to look and feel your best. I’m not sure where all the shame and embarrassment comes from around guys and gals who want to feel and look their best.

When we get selfish and prioritise stuff for ourselves, our energy, confidence and health….Every single person important to us will benefit too.
