You don't become Aragorn after a single week of horse camp

Imagine you sign up for horseback riding camp.
You start the week being deeply concerned about pissing off your horse and dying from a swift kick to the chest. You're a noob.
By the end of camp, you’re confidently tacking Chestnut (that’s the name of your new horse friend btw) and dismounting with ease. You understand so much more about building trust and communicating with these ridiculous and majestic creatures.
In other words, you’ve learned a ton.
But I think most of you would agree that unless you continue spending time with horses…practicing and communicating and falling off and doing the real work of trust-building…you’re not going to get any better at horseback riding. You're probably going to still be pretty mediocre for quite a while.
Camp gave you some knowledge, but the real wisdom will come from actually getting on a horse, over and over again. Heck, you might even sign up for another week of that exact same camp.
This is why I strongly encourage folks to repeat Motivate Your ADHD Brain.
Anyone who has worked on themselves knows there’s a huge gap between “I know why I’m doing this” and actually accepting or shifting the thing. It’s the difference between thinking about riding a horse and actually getting in the damn saddle.
I honestly can’t imagine ever offering Motivate Your ADHD Brain without some sort of significant interactive component and live support because the implementation is the whole point. I want you on the horse, not just thinking about the horse. I want you asking questions and experimenting and troubleshooting with me there to help you, so that this stuff has a real, tangible, lasting impact on your life.
Knowledge is power, but taking all the stuff you’ve learned and applying it to your life? That’s where the work really is.

Now, maybe your novelty-driven brain thinks repeating something is a snooze fest? I get it. My coach will confirm I spent over a month pitching an internal fit when I decide to run this thing over and over again.
Lucky for you, my personal need for novelty means every cohort is going to look and feel different, I promise. This go-around, there are quite a few structural changes (new platform! shorter videos! achievements! more time and space!), AND it will be a whole new group of humans with a whole new set of nervous systems debugging a whole new range of behaviors.
Don’t let your “oooh shiny” distract you from getting back on the horse and experiencing the profound joy of getting really damn good at working with your nervous system. You need time to practice, and that's why I did the (really annoying, but totally worth it) work to make sure I could offer Motivate Your ADHD Brain on repeat.
If you were in a previous round of Behavior Change Bootcamp, sign up because you want to unlock a whole new level of skills.
If this is your first-time, sign up because you’re ready to have so much fun learning about your brain. And then come back for more!
You've got until Sunday night to opt into this round. Our next cohort won't start until the New Year.
