YOU DO NOT WANT TO PASS ON THIS MTN/BOND, AS IT IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET.

There is an MTN/BOND that is going to shortly be off the market, because the issuer is considering using funds from another part of their business.

The bond is CLARINOVA and many people say, that they know about this bond, but they do not, as they never actually get all the info and speak to there buy desk trader.

1) The bond has been re-done in 2015.

2) The bond is SECURED and I have the NEW screenshot from Bloomberg.

3) The bond099 is completely well collateralized, with the collateral of gold and silver in a secured warehouse.

4) The sellers desk is in Berenberg Bank and Berenberg Bank is also the TRUSTEE.

Here is a quiz, What is a trustee? If you can figure out what a trustee is and what secured is and why the gold and silver is in a secured warehouse under the control of Bernberg Bank, then you will know that this bond is in itself, as good as gold.

5) Berenberg bank is also the oldest MERCHANT BANK IN THE WORLD IN ZURICH AND IS A SECURITIES BANK.

6) The price is 55 and the bond has $585 left and they will also consider selling 415 mil more to make it an even 1 billion Euro if the buyer would like.

7) You need an offshore account, no US banks allowed.

8) The MTN/BOND is sold under FINRA 144A, as a Private Placement BOND. 

9) Sellers side will cover the broker for the buyer, as we know, buyers never pay.

Buyer is welcome to speak to the issuers securities attorney and the attorney will provide the prospectus and answer any question the buyer might have and can also bring the issuers advisor that re-wrote the MTN/BOND on the phone.

Do not listen to people's hearsay about the MTN/BOND, as I have heard it all and not one of them were correct, as you need the new PROSPECTUS and you need to speak to the ATTORNEY.

Please only serious people should come forward and I feel 100%  the buyer will be very happy with the MTN/BOND that Matures in October 2022.
