OpenAI's GPT-4 Excels in LSAT, SAT, and Bar Exams

OpenAI 's GPT-4 has demonstrated exceptional performance in several academic exams, notably scoring a 163 out of 180 on the LSAT, surpassing the median score significantly. It also achieved impressive results on the SAT's Reading and Math tests, as well as the Bar exam. Despite these achievements, OpenAI acknowledges that GPT-4, like its predecessors, still has limitations, including the tendency to "hallucinate" facts and make reasoning errors. As such, caution is advised when using outputs from language models, especially in high-stakes contexts.
