If you didn’t have imposter syndrome, what do you think you could achieve??
I have found that when I knew nothing, then nothing was expected of me, and so I was able to do more in confidence.??I used to play on this.??I mean, I had some qualifications but never thought I amounted to much as I was just being me.?And sure, what was me worth.??I thought very little.
But then a life event happened to me and I used all my negative energy to put into a degree in Computer Science which I achieved with honours and at that time, was the only female in the class.??I felt I had won my space in life.
That didn’t last very long.?It was just a piece of paper and a memory.?I still felt the same.??So I did more courses, Masters in Business, Masters in NLP and Hypnotherapy, Masters in Coaching, Certified Gallup Strengths consultant – and yet still, I felt the same.?I read 1000 self help books and took numerous programs and webinars and coaching calls, and yet still felt the same.
?How could this be when I knew so much???I had achieved in my jobs as well.??I had been Number one in my sector in a massive global company.??And still I felt the same.??I was just me.
It was at this time that I thought – hang on a minute, something isn’t right here.?I have more qualifications than anyone I know, have achieved a fair amount, and I have no money and no home and still feel unworthy.??But even more so now – it was definitely feeling like an imposter.??I could say all the right things but didn’t have the results.???I am certainly not afraid to step up and do whatever people told me to do.?I have always stepped up.?Never shied away.??I would never let fear stop me.?I took all the actions they said successful people did, and for what?
Could someone please tell me what is going on?
In walks Bob Proctor to my life.??And so I want to share the twelve habits that helped me.??I hope they will help you.??For when I practiced them, which wasn’t ever easy – yes simple to talk about and not so easy to implement, eventually the tables turned.
I knew who I was.?And guess what???I was just me.?And it was okay.
I am unique.?As are you.?We are not special for we are all the same.?The very source of us is exactly the same.??So it is with a tree, or a dog, or a blade of grass.?The very core of everything is exactly the same.?
I saw that all that I thought were imperfections were just me.?The unique me that I couldn’t stand before when I looked in the mirror.?Now I love her.?I see who she is.?And she is just me.?She just is.?Ahhhhh??freedom.?
So instead of being driven in life by fear, doubt and worry, and unworthiness.??Now I am driven by love of Self.?Not an ego drive.?But a ‘just isness’ that is unconditional.??And not only do I feel this for myself but it extends to everyone.??Like an outpouring.??I see you.??I see who you are.?And you are amazing.??I promise.
Perhaps these twelve habits will draw something from you that you never noticed before, when you practice them.??No good just reading and saying – yes I get that.?That is knowledge.?What we are looking for here is wisdom.?And that comes from experience.?
What we are looking to do is to make you aware of your current programming.?A programming that is sitting on top of the greatness of who you truly are.?When you can see it, you can change it.??It now becomes a choice.?You can choose who you want to be and in the middle of this, see how great you always have been.??
If you didn’t have imposter syndrome, what do you think you could achieve???And isn’t the imposter syndrome feeling inferior???Let me bring a law of the universe to your attention.?The law of polarity.?Where we have a right, there is a left.?An up, then there is a down.?So if you have feelings of inferiority, then it is law that there are times where you feel superior to others.??You may not like what I have said here.?But just stop and notice.???I recognized that because I had achieved and qualified, then I knew more. ?I had more knowledge than anyone I knew and felt sort of proud of myself. ??And we even end up with a spiritual ego.?Look at me – haha – how calm I can be in situations and I do yoga 3 times a week. !???How funny that I thought I had all the answers.??And I felt I should be better in myself because of my insecurities.?A never ending circle that I was feeding into.?
If you are experiencing the world as anything but love, then its you.?And when you get to know you, the real you, not the programmed you, then you will experience the world as peace, love and prosperity.?
The more I have the courage to be me the more great things happen in my life.

Lesson 1:??
Create a vision of your life and Focus on the feelings you want more than the objects.
Walk in the end.?Live from the end.?Now is the accepted time.
?The reason we start with the vision and a grand vision , is because we want to upset our programming.??We want to feel uncomfortable so that our programming gets disturbed and we can become aware of it.??Otherwise, if we don’t rock the boat, we wont notice and continue in the same habits.??Most of the time we don’t know what we want and so we will be in two minds which causes the constant chatter in our head.??Stop.?Ask.?What do you want???Decide.?Do not deny.?No matter what the past has been.??There is only NOW.

Lesson 2:
Reject thoughts that don’t serve your vision
Accept thoughts that do
?We have 60k thoughts a day and most of the time we are repeating the same thing over and over.?You can choose your thoughts.?Choose wisely, for they are your recurring program.
?
Lesson 3:
Rewrite your life story and repeat every day.??Rewrite every story – even the small ones that irritate you about your life.?
Everything in life is a story.??A play acting itself out through us.?If you don’t like your story, write a new one.??Its your choice.

Lesson 4:?
If you see something you don’t want, then go to your imagination and recreate the scene
All you are doing is impressing your subconscious.??You are not trying to be the manifester.?You are the impresser.?You impress by thinking the same thing over and over again with feeling.??Don’t get caught up on whats already happened.??It is evidence of yesterdays thoughts which you didn’t even notice.?

Lesson 5:
If you can’t change something, change your perception
The start of who are you??Perception – possibility??Or limited human
If you think you are a human then you are limited by your past
If you can remember, you are infinite spirit being a human, then you are open to all opportunities.?We are not static – we are dynamic and ever changing.?Always think.?What do I want rather than dwell on what is not working.

Lesson 6:
Who are you??Decide who you are in your vision
Ask continually:?Who am I? Accept
?You are not your body, you are not your name, you are not your past.
Decide now its okay to be you.?You are perfect.?You were born perfect??You were born rich.?Nothing to prove.?

Lesson 7:?
Walk into fear, walk into being uncomfortable and love what shows up – all of it
We can spend so much time running from fear, then we try to control it and the best way I have found is to step into it , without judgement and feel and experience it all.??It’s a feeling.?And you are not the feeling.??You are the master of your body.??Something came up to be seen and loved.??Feel it, and love it and watch it dissipate

Lesson 8:?
Make sure your actions and thoughts match the vision.?What are you demonstrating in your life – stay aware – do not deny your vision with your words, feelings and actions.?
So many times we say we want one thing and then act in a different way.??You are in two minds and this causes disintegration.??

Lesson 9:
Attitude of gratitude for every single thing in your life – good and bad – no judgement attitude – of yourself and others
There is always something to be grateful for.?Don’t think you want more.??That is screaming lack to the universe – its saying that I haven’t enough and so not enough will be provided.??Appreciate what you have.?Period.

Lesson 10:
Make you valuable – you are more valuable than anything you can have
Overflow this to others and treat them this way – it is a reflection of you
All you are ever experiencing is yourself.?A car, a tree, a person.??You are the one who feels it when you judge it to be good or bad.??This causes the fluctuation in your vibration.??Decide your vibration.?Decide your experience of you.??I Am love, happy and grateful – for no other reason than that.

Lesson 11:
Leave all with the impression of increase.?About yourself and themselves.
Do you want increase in your life???Then increase the lives of others.?When someone asks you – how are you.?You don’t need to give them all the problems – this brings the vibration down and both of you will be down.?To help someone out of a pit, you have to be out of it yourself.??Do not shift your vibration and you will be free to experience love and compassion without the fear. When you empower others, you empower yourself. Win win

Lesson 12:
Talking with others creates a powerful Mastermind.??Only talk about what you want.
A problem shared is a problem escalated.?Only talk about what you want to happen in your life as if it is already.?Your word is your wand.
