Are You Developing Purpose-Driven Leaders?
Aaron Hurst
Founder US Chamber of Connection, Taproot Foundation, Board.Dev & Imperative
Imperative has studied the development of purpose-driven leaders extensively over the last three years. We studied over 300 purpose pioneers across the United States, Europe and Asia who were featured in my book, the Purpose Economy. In 2015 we conducted a study on purpose with NYU on the American workforce and followed it last year with a global version of the study with LinkedIn. We have worked with over 50 employers from MetLife to West Elm to help them develop purpose-driven leadership programs using the science of purpose.
Purpose-driven leaders produce extraordinary results. Their teams are 125% more productive because they inspire everyone around them to realize their potential.
