An offer of support from Donnie MacNicol and Jonathan Norman to join a pilot teleconference for Delivery Leaders to share challenges and strategies to deal with the unprecedented challenges we all face.
Our experience comes from running The Delivery Club for 3 years. The club is structured around face to face workshops hosted at members offices in, to date, the London area. In the last few days we have switched to teleconferencing as you might imagine. Details of who the members are is provided below as well as information about the club. Our mission has been to:
provide members with the opportunity to share, learn and grow in a challenging, safe and trusting environment with a diverse group of like-minded peers from other industries, gaining personal knowledge-wealth.
We hope that we can continue to fulfil this over the coming months.
We would like to offer the same support to you through a series of teleconferences, the first of which will be on the 26th March, details below. To gain value from the call you will typically be accountable for your organisation’s internal change capability and performance and / or the product or service delivery of your organisation. You may have responsibility overall for the success of projects, programmes or portfolios for a division or for your organisation. Typical role titles may include Head of Projects, Programmes, Delivery, Capability, Change, Transformation or Strategy Execution but we are conscious this is unique to each organisation. Given your role you may have no one to share your concerns or run ideas by – hopefully the calls may go some way to alleviate this.
On the 26th March at 1pm you will have the opportunity to share and hear from your peer group. A series of calls is planned, this being the pilot. We will hopefully learn how best to structure and provide value to those of you taking the time to call in. Jonathan and I believe that there would be real value for people to have the opportunity to share their experiences and to hear what is happening in other organisations and what decisions are being taken from a delivery perspective. Hearing from others how they personally, as a delivery function and as an organisation are reacting and then reflecting on the applicability to your own context could be extremely beneficial.
There is no pre-registration but it would be extremely helpful if you were able to add a note below saying that you plan to attend. Please note there is a limit of 100 people on the call. Please Like and feel free to Share this offer.
We look forward to speaking to you on the 26th.
Donnie and Jonathan

4 年Good evening. Just a quick note to say we are looking forward to the call on Thursday and have some insights from a call on Monday we had with our club members. Please keep in mind it is not about us sharing our thinking / topics but to hear from people with this role who wish to share with / hear from their peers.
