Are you on the Cyber Talent Registry? This is how to get in Front of Recruiters

Cyber Security is a field that has less than a 1 percent unemployment rate. So it may seem odd that people are still struggling to find a job. Over my 25 years in this field, it seems that these are the 5 reasons people are still struggling.
With all of these obstacles, how are you supposed to find a job then?
Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of building a strong community across multiple platforms. About a year ago, I began exploring ways to leverage this network beyond mentorship, with a focus on actively helping people find jobs. My network includes a wide range of professionals, from team leads and managers to directors, CISOs, CIOs, CEOs, and HR Managers.
I truly believe that “Your Network is your Net Worth.” The more connections you make, the greater your chances of discovering new opportunities.
As I’ve analyzed various job sites, I’ve tried to identify ways to make job opportunities more accessible. One major observation is that while there are plenty of candidates on these platforms, recruiters often have to pay to access them. This limits visibility. Many organizations either can’t or won’t pay for access, resulting in missed opportunities for both employers and candidates.
Because I believe that networking is the most important part of finding a job, I'm leveraging the network that I have built over the past 3 years go help get your profile in front of people.

What is our methodology? It's simple:
1?? It's $9/month to be part of the CTR program, which includes all of the above. Yes, there is a cost, but it's literally less than I paid for my wife's Starbuck's coffee and egg sandwich this morning. Our goal was to make this affordable to nearly everyone.
2?? Leveraging our connections, network, and newsletters, which received over 16 Million views in the last year, your profile has the opportunity to be seen by a wide range of hiring decision makers including team leads, managers, directors, CISOs, CIOs, CEOs, and HR Managers.
3?? We will allow free access to the CTR, not charging to access it. Because of this, any company that is looking to fill a position can utilize it.
4?? The Cyber Talent Registry will list the following for you: Job Desired, Certifications/Degree, Years of experience, a place for you to introduce yourself, skills that you have, availability, salary range expectations, and a link to your LinkedIn profile. Your name, phone number, and email address will NOT be on the list because our goal is to help you gain traffic to your LinkedIn profile, so you can truly represent yourself properly. This also prevents spamming.
5?? While you are on the list, you get the following: Curated Jobs emailed to you weekly, a monthly live group call to learn how to accelerate your career, career and job search guidance emailed to you, and your profile having potential exposure to tens of thousands of people who are involve in hiring.
If you are ready to take job hunting seriously, Join Here.
Our goal is simple. It's to offer you visibility. For years, I have mentored people to teach them how to build a great LinkedIn profile, how to engage, build connections and even teach them a posting strategy. However, most people just don't have the time, so we're leveraging the networks that we have already built to help you gain the visibility.
We are limiting the Cyber Talent Registry to 1,000 people.
While this will grow in the future, this is our "Phase 1" for our project so that we can keep our list simple, clean, and attractive to recruiters.
I leave you with this. Think of all the jobs you've had since you've been a kid. How many jobs have you had since them? I'd bet that a high percentage of jobs you've gotten over the years was from someone you knew, or someone you knew who knew someone (tongue twister).
Your network is your net-worth. The more you expand your network, the more opportunity you will have.
These spots will fill up fast, join today.

4 周Hi everyone, I wanted to reach out and share my experience. I have been searching for a job as a SOC analyst for nearly three months, and I find it quite perplexing that many companies either send emails stating they are considering other candidates or do not respond at all. I know many of you have invested in training, mentorship, and certifications. Are we being misled? What has your experience been like? Have you seen any results? I would love to hear your thoughts, techniques, or insights. Am I alone in this job-hunting journey? Thank you for your feedback
