Are you curious and want to know about my first days in my new job?

It’s been a month since I joined Turck, and I am happy to share with you my experience so far.

Normally there is always a tendency to jump into a new job and immediately start doing different things. Here at Turck it is really different. Everybody knows: All good things starts with learning, listening, and spending time to meet the right people and ask many questions.

And that's exactly how it happened here!

Already on the first day my office was fully equipped with all necessary accessories and I spent my first weeks in going through several on-boarding sessions that are well structured to bring people up to speed on all parts.

A comprehensive product training were extremely helpful to learn from the beginning the most important innovations, which currently inspire our customers.

I was most surprised by how the company from the very first day showed a really open and hearty culture – which is one of our core values. Not to forget above all the customer-centric and result-oriented thinking. Yes, we are a "Global Automation Partner".

In a nutshell, it has been a full month of learning, new experiences, meeting new and exciting people.

A big thanks goes to my marketing team and the entire management team for the very warm welcome and valuable insights that you have shared with me.

Im am strongly convinced: At the end it is all about people (the Turck Team). I am very happy to be part now of this amazing global team and look forward to the many contributions we will make together.
