Now is the time to focus on a Frictionless Buying Process.
With COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus) on the rise, are you making the car buying process easier or harder for your customers?
You should be asking yourself:
- Are we bringing cars to customers vs forcing them to come to the dealership?
- Are we using Facebook Messenger to communicate, do video/virtual showings, send pictures of vehicles to consider, and setup in-home test drives?
- Are we using Facebook to retarget our current website visitors and leads to let them know we're open and how they can buy from us today?
- Are we introducing ourself to every in-market customer browsing for cars within 15 miles of our dealership?
Many companies are requiring their workers to work from home. If the customer can't come to you, you need to go to the customer. This also opens a lot of opportunities that people are in their home zip code more frequently until this over than passing tens or hundreds of dealerships along their commute.
The landscape has changed, those that make it easier and communicate the ease of buying will win.
We have your back. Read "How To Eliminate 50+ Friction Points In The Car Buyer Journey" and think about how you can eliminate friction from your buying process.
