My first
"I remember the first time I tried virtual reality. It was at a friend's house, and he had just gotten a new #VR headset. I was initially sceptical - how could a bunch of pixels on a screen transport me to another world? But as soon as I put on the headset, I was completely immersed in a virtual world, unlike anything I had ever experienced.
?
At that moment, I realized the incredible potential of virtual reality - not just as a tool for entertainment but as a way to connect with people and places in previously impossible ways. I explored ancient ruins, travelled to distant planets, and even stood on the edge of a virtual cliff, feeling my heart race as if I were there.
?
Since then, I've been fascinated by the possibilities of virtual reality - how it can be used to train astronauts, simulate surgeries, and even treat phobias. But more than anything, I'm excited about how virtual reality can bring us closer together, even as we're physically apart.

Consistency is the key.
The saying, "If you spend 18 minutes every day for a year, you learn to master it," is a popular idea that emphasizes the importance of consistent and deliberate practice to achieve mastery in a particular skill or field. The concept is often attributed to Peter Bregman, a productivity coach, and author, who wrote about it in a #hbr article titled "The Myth of 'I Don't Have Time."
?
The idea behind this saying is that by dedicating a small amount of time each day to practicing a particular skill over a year, you can develop a level of mastery that might otherwise be unattainable.
?
I spent part of my lighter schedule learning more about this amazing world. It has been a fantastic and eye-opening journey over the past several months.
?
