If you could sit down with the CEO of LinkedIn, Mr. Jeff Weiner for five minutes, what question would you ask him?

Hello, and welcome everyone to a very important post.  My name is Bill Brinkle, and I am known on LinkedIn as the global uniter.  I am an avid member/user of LinkedIn and contribute daily on multiple levels to LinkedIn. Many of you, who are also very active on LinkedIn, know that I pride myself in tackling important topics and issues that effect all members.  

I am a senior member on LinkedIn, personally ranked in the top 100 of most influential members in the world.  I am the only person to have built a prestigious network of 30k members in nine months, then create an e-book to guide other professionals along their LinkedIn journey.  With that being said, I feel a duty to contribute, to the best of my ability to all members. Members who contribute in their own way to this amazing platform.   

As many of you may be aware, the latest quarterly earnings provided by LinkedIn Corporation showed a disappointing sales forecast, and the stock dropped as much as 43 percent.  Mr. Jeff Weiner, chief executive officer (CEO), reassured his staff during an all-hands meeting, that everything would be all right.  Mr. Weiner later backed up his words, by putting $14 million of his stock award for next year into a pool for employees.  

Mr. Weiner later sat down with Bloomberg Television's Emily Chang to explain how he is navigating the turmoil.  During that interview, when asked about his rousing speech to employees, Mr. Weiner stated his message to employees.  Here is part of his message,  "LinkedIn is the same company it was before this happened.  You are the same team, I'm the same CEO."  

Mr. Weiner later went on to express, that you want to make sure you're there for the people that matter most.  First and foremost, are we still able to create value for our members and customers?  And nothing whatsoever has changed in that regard.

Value for our members and customers.  Well my friends, that is the ultimate goal of this post.  We the members are the catalyst that drive this companies profits.  Sure, LinkedIn needs all of its wonderful employees and investors to make it all run smoothly, but who is the real engine that propels this plane off the ground?  

That would be all 400 million plus that utilize this professional B2B platform every day.  Without you and me, there is no LinkedIn.

As a senior member of the LinkedIn family, I am conducting an online Survey/Poll.  In this survey, I want to know, if you had the opportunity to ask Mr.  Weiner ONE QUESTION, what would that question be?  

Please think of one question, that you believe would enhance your ability to be more productive on LinkedIn.  Something that would allow you, the opportunity to flourish with your individual network.  Whatever your deem to be of the up most importance, to enhance your experience with this platform, is what LinkedIn the company will hear.       

My overall goal of this survey, is to generate at least 1,000 comments from all users, who wish to participate and have their voice heard.  Here, is how it will work.  For every 100 comments made, members of the global uniter network and myself will evaluate all of the comments made.  The comment which is mentioned the most, will be the question selected to forward to LinkedIn senior level management.

My goal is to reach 1,000 comments made, so I can pass on the top 10 questions to LinkedIn.  If the post only generates 800 comments, then the top 8 questions will be forwarded to LinkedIn for review.  The overall purpose of this survey, is to articulate to LinkedIn, what we the members would like to see improved.  

This will in turn, help keep LinkedIn a remarkable platform for its members.  I am confident, that with your help we can reach this goal together.  When my team has compiled all of the data, I will make it known to all of you; what questions were selected.  Then, I will personally forward to senior members of management, the questions selected.
