?So keeping it to minimum is going to take some work and awareness. ????
?The easiest way to watch your sugar intake is to eat real foods!
?Keeping processed foods to a minimum, or picking the option with the least amount.
??Not only is sugar hiding but food manufactures are using shocking amounts because the sweeter the food the more it sells. ?
?Reading labels will make it easy to choose the items with the least amount of real sugar. Another crazy thing we know is for every molecule of sugar we digest it takes 28 molecules of magnesium to process. ???
?Don’t be fooled by fake sugar, as it can appear to be a smart choice, but is it. ?All those Zero calorie, diet, or no sugar drinks, make us crave them even more. ??

Have you noticed if I don’t drink the fake sugar beverages then you don’t keep wanting them.
??A study on animals given unlimited supplies of real sugar and fake sugar, showed that the lab animals preferred the fake sugar a whopping 94%.?That is called a clue. Once you have one you seem to keep craving another and another. So best to NOT drink any! ?

We know that there are strong correlations between Alzheimer, stroke and damaged cells and sugar made in a lab! Why put your brain, and pancreas at risk for a few moments of pleasure. ?
Eating some real FRUIT, or honey or Stevia if you need a sugar fix, is a smarter choice. I’ve also found a packet of herbs that I add to my water and now I have a nutritional beverage, that is doing good for my body and brain. ???
Practicing self-control will help our brains and bodies so they can support us well for our entire lives. ?
I promise the less sugar you consume the less sugar you’ll need and crazy as it sounds you won’t even miss it. ??
