The Martin family came to us looking to move out of state—something we see many folks doing these days. They had already decided on moving to Colorado to be closer to loved ones but didn’t know a Realtor in that area. Having to sell your current home to buy a new one in a different state can be an ordeal, but today I’m sharing how we were able to take the stress out of the process and get the Martins moved into their new home before winter.
