Yes, you might see the scale drop quickly, but here’s the truth:The weight you lost was mostly water and muscle, not fat.Your liver naturally detoxifies your body every day.Once you start eating normally again, the weight comes right back.

2 - "Fat Burning" Meals There's no magic meal that burns fat on its own. The reality is:There are balanced meals and unbalanced meals.Some foods are healthier choices, but no single food will burn calories by itself. Daily calorie intake is what really matters for fat loss.

3 - "The Huge One" - Cardio is Best for Fat Loss ! Cardio is a tool for cardiovascular health, but relying on it solely for fat loss is a mistake:Cardio alone won't help you lose significant fat.
