You’ll learn the five steps to building and launching your first paid online community by using your existing network, discovering your ideal member, determining the best way to convert more people to your program, how to charge higher prices to work with fewer people while still hitting your revenue goals, and finally to reach out to other community builders when you feel stuck, disconnected, or feel like you are failing at leading your community.
