Mentors after mentors,

The list can go like this.

The bottom line is “Majority of the entrepreneurs struggle a lot even though they enroll for many mentoring and coaching sessions or courses to build or grow and scale their businesses.

The question is: Are you the one whom I am talking about. If yes then this post is for you.

Nowadays, since lockdown, the trend of coaching and mentoring has increased suddenly. This is what the buzzword around on the internet.

It's not the fact or due to the fact that "demand increased all of the sudden for mentors, coaches, and gurus".

The fact is due to the sudden increase and raise in the number of Coaches, Mentors, and Gurus in lockdown and due to lockdown. Understand the context here.

The fact is "marketing became cheap (not easy) due to "internet and a few online marketing platforms within the ecosystem".

The fact is "it seemed like a hot cake industry". They are just not aware that every bakery cooks hot cakes on the street side, but quite a few are able to fulfill the hunger. This was not yet realized. (This could be a subject for another day. Very Interesting.)

The fact is when someone throws something into a crowd, the majority doesn’t realize that the thrown quantity is insufficient, still, the majority of the crowd tries to rush and grab the thrown material forgetting the humanity. (The last word is again another day subject, just shared as it's relating here)

It's a "self-demand-self-declared-firefight-within-oneself-for-oneself" Many trying to putting off the fire and many trying to get warm. Quite interesting isn't it.

It's a monkeying serial going on with endless episodes, keep watching for the twists and surprises. lol..

Now, Let's shift gears back to “why the majority of the entrepreneurs are failing to achieve desired results and trying to enroll for new coaching and mentoring programs one after one, still failing?"

The reason is neither the "coachee and mentee" nor the "coach and mentor" knew what both should do, has to do, can do, and shouldn't do or can't do.

There is NO CLARITY at all between the two.

It became a business and it "PURELY BECAME A PART OF EXISTING EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM" which is called "Sin of Management in business" rather than involvement and creation.

Many coachees and mentees think that a new course or a coach or mentor can transform their life with magic. It's never going to happen.

The coachee or mentee has to understand the "succession of the coach, mentor or a guru first". This is the biggest gap leading to lot many consequences after consequences.

If this is not understood then one will struggle the way they struggled with current education which didn't lead them to where they wanted to land and landed by default on unknown terrain.

This repetition and consequence take one to a downward spiral always cluelessly.

So, first, have clarity in life, then commitment toward life to live the life that's gifted before thinking to attain or accumulate or achieve something significant.

I have shared a few shades of both sides of coach/mentor and coachee/mentee as a tip of the iceberg for one to find the missing link with over working with some hundred of coaches, mentees, and clients over a decade for now.

Remember one thing "a coach or mentor or guru is not a person or a material, a coach or mentor or a guru is an experience" and you got to open up and keep up the new dimension and become that "object" to experience the possibility.

I hope the bottom line can open up a new dimension in your life.
