Are You Clinging To Your Old Ways?

Good morning everyone! Every morning, I read a quick devotional from different books. In Jesus Calling by Sarah Young, I wanted to share January 1st with you. It has been on my mind to share it. I think the thing that really stuck out to me for all of you is where she writes, "Do not cling to old ways as you step into a new year."
How many of you are "clinging to old ways" expecting a different result? Albert Einstein defined insanity as "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."
Does this resonate with any of you?
Are you clinging to old ways concerning your health and wellness? Are you doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result? You know, we have a responsibility to care for our bodies.
"Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body."
The Holy Bible: English Standard Version. (2016). (1 Co 6:19–20). Wheaton, IL: Crossway Bibles.
"And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him."
Tyndale House Publishers. (2015). Holy Bible: New Living Translation (Ro 12:1). Carol Stream, IL: Tyndale House Publishers.
