If you are a Change agent, you will get this ...

A Change agent is a reformist at heart. It is someone who wants to think of what is not working because they seethe in a burning desire to fix and mend. They innately acknowledge the power of the masses and therefore make their best attempt to influence Thinking and then with that effort - urge the intended CHANGE. Inspired people can move the most resistant of needles. For a true blue reformist, the mundane world of regimented life which is controlled by norms is nothing but a limiter to bigger possibilities. There is so much to do. Many cobwebs to clear and so much to inaugurate. So many things that are broken that are screaming to be renewed. They are racing against time to do a few bits that they think will count. And in stepping into the shoe that is made of nails - they also accept potential damage to SAFETY, COMFORT, STATUS and REPUTATION. 

The reformist in me is awakened. As an author and writer, I tend to write startlingly simple, path-finding ideas and concepts. Some that challenge needless complexities, others that try to eradicate the tomfoolery of societal nomenclatures or trends. I often write provocative logic, philosophies and views - some of them that are downright inflammable. Those who do not understand or are rooted in dogmatic belief systems; could be the first to throw the stone. However a mission does stop because someone else didn't get the vision. 

Every problem lies in our custody; and it is us who will befriend them and conquer them in time. As I look over my shoulder I see a pile that I promised I will attend to before I hang my weary boots. My being an Author, Writer, Facilitator and Speaker is by choice. These are avenues to improve the Reach.

" The world has never changed because of a Common mind. It always changed because of the Rare. Common is the safe place of many- who stand immobile. For whom their inertia is proportional to the speed of their minds. The Rare Mind is a risky space; prone to regular attacks and defamation too...especially when deviation from a current idea, philosophy or way is sought. Nor will there be any glory in their living time, perhaps. And with that reality; it is apparent why the Common always allege attachment to their image..why they solicit social approvals . And now you know -why they won't ever dare to be the Rare ?"
