Are you caught in the middle of other peoples stuff?

Well it's been a while since I've created a Saturday newsletter. And I'm now back!

I was prompted by one of our WLA members and she inspired me to find my motivation once more. In all transparency, I found it hard to show up when my mojo had gone out of the window.?I always pride myself on showing up fully,?in sharing ideas and thoughts about how you can continually improve your life and your career.

Sometimes we all get hit by stuff that blows us off course. And that happened to me. Sadly we had to let our working cocky spaniel Buddy go. It was an incredibly hard few months. It culminated in him biting my son Jack quite badly and becoming too hard for me to handle. I did shed a lot of tears. Fortunately he has found a wonderful new home and has settled in really well.

On a much more positive note, I have many things to celebrate over these past few weeks. From holding an extraordinary Conference on 2nd March to being invited to Mallorca last week for a wonderful soul enriching few days. We have also welcomed lots of new members to the WLA and I'm very excited about seeing their journeys unfold over the coming months. On top of that the team and I have been making more plans for an extraordinary 2023. Watch this space as the programme unfolds.

Today, inspired by a client of mine, I share a few thoughts on what to do if you are stuck in the middle of other people's stuff. I also managed to dig out a Ted talk on the avoidance of drama.
