Are you casually bystanding?

Shaping professions & creating pathways for others are my superpowers! I collaborate with global technocrats and provide diverse & global perspectives in Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness & Training.
I recently had a coaching session with a client and as session notes were reviewed, I realized that in between our sessions, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) coaching bot had engaged the client.
I signed up for this and thanks to the brilliant AI bot (Aiiron), this fully got integrated into my role and work in a whole new way.
AI and Human Coaching is here. So I asked myself: Are you casually bystanding?
AI won’t take over all roles but there would definitely be interaction points for sure
Just as social media has become a thing and influencers win awards like actors, making room in your heart and in your work about the role AI is playing (and will continue to play) is yesterday’s to – do.
What part of your role can AI solidly support in a non-competitive way?
Scheduling and note taking are already admin tasks we let tech and/or AI handle in coaching
Some more strategic roles like assessing a coach’s feedback and giving feedback like a human coach supervisor is now available and interesting to explore.
I’m taking a deeper dive into how AI impacts my role as an Executive Coach as there’s much to unpack.
Parting words for July? Don’t be a casual bystander with AI whatever your role is. selah

4 个月You are absolutely spot on on AI and human coaching. A lack of knowledge of how AI supports coaching will limit the the type of effective intervention a coach can carry out.
