I came across the above article and has made me think, how in MSME’s it can be applied?
?
HR job is not to be nice to people but align people resources with business goals and taking data backed decisions to make it hopefully a win-win situation.
?
When you work in HR, you are working a tight rope between your (perceived) accountability towards your team and your (Long term) towards building the organization.
?
Your role is not to save a team members if they are not meeting their targets.
?
The best HR leaders are not nice. They are assertive, decisive and work every day to mitigate their biases.
?
Keeping all above in views, we have shorted new service called “EMPULSE” and we have sharted with workers, most productive asset of any manufacturing MSME’s.?It is found that they cost 8 to 12% of total sales in manufacturing company.
?
Is it possible to reduce this by 1 to 2% per year?
?
Our interaction with many MSMEs in Hyderabad has shown that this is certainly achievable.
?
Would you like to know more about Empulse?.?Cell. 9885326553 / 9398552995
